Stephan manages the studio, and technical aspects of project delivery. He has over 20 years of experience, having worked at well-known practices such as ORMS and Foster + Partners. He is currently leading the delivery of buildings for a UK hospitality and leisure hotel group, and developing construction methodologies for Extra Care homes projects across the UK.

He studied architecture at the Architectural Association in London where he received his diploma in 1999. During his studies he worked for a variety of architectural practices including Foster + Partners and Waterman. Stephan has delivered numerous projects including two new builds for Lloyd’s, XChanging in Chatham and the major refurbishment of the old Barclays headquarters building at 20 Gracechurch Street.

Stephan’s technical knowledge coupled with extensive on-site experience ensures all Well Architecture and Design’s projects are delivered to exacting, high standards..
